1. Program Operator
The InflammaScan Referral Program (the “Program”) is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Program. By generating or sharing a referral code, you (the “Referrer”) accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in the Program you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an InflammaScan account in good standing.
- Have an active paid plan (monthly or annual subscription) at the time of generating your referral code. Free-trial users and free users cannot generate referral codes.
Your unique referral code is generated directly from the InflammaScan app. The code identifies you as the Referrer and is the only attribution mechanism used by the Program. We reserve the right to deactivate referral codes belonging to accounts that no longer hold an active paid plan.
3. How the Program Works
You may share your referral code with other people (each, a “Referred User”). When a Referred User applies your code and subsequently purchases a paid plan, you earn a commission under the conditions described in Section 4.
Attribution is based exclusively on the referral code entered by the Referred User. We cannot attribute referrals retroactively or through any other means (links, screenshots, verbal claims, etc.).
4. Commissions
You earn a one-time commission of USD $3.00 for each Referred User who:
- Applies your referral code, and
- Purchases a paid plan (monthly or annual), and
- Is successfully charged for that plan after their free trial (if any) ends.
For clarity, no commission is earned for:
- App installs or downloads.
- Account registrations.
- Users who start a free trial but are never successfully charged.
- Subscription renewals (the commission is one-time per Referred User, generated by the first successful charge).
Commissions are denominated in US dollars (USD).
5. Commission Validation and Holding Period
Each commission remains in pending status for 30 days from the date of the Referred User’s successful charge. This period covers possible refunds, chargebacks or payment reversals. After the 30-day period, the commission becomes approved and eligible for payout.
If the Referred User’s payment is refunded, reversed or subject to a chargeback, the corresponding commission is cancelled. If it had already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from your future commission balance.
6. Payouts
- Payouts are made via Stripe. You are responsible for providing and maintaining the valid payout details required by Stripe.
- Payouts are processed monthly.
- The minimum payout threshold is USD $50.00 in approved commissions. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following month.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees or reporting obligations arising from the commissions you receive, in accordance with the legislation applicable to you.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of commissions and, where appropriate, removal from the Program and/or termination of your InflammaScan account:
- Self-referrals: applying your own code to accounts, devices or payment methods that belong to you or that you control.
- Creating fake, duplicate or automated accounts to generate commissions.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods, or inducing others to do so.
- Making false, misleading or exaggerated claims about InflammaScan, including medical or therapeutic claims. InflammaScan is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Sending unsolicited communications (spam) through any channel to promote your code.
- Impersonating InflammaScan or Evergreen Projects S.L., or presenting yourself as an employee or official representative.
- Running paid advertising that uses the InflammaScan brand, name or trademarks without our prior written authorization.
8. Fraud Review and Discretionary Cancellation
We reserve the right to review, withhold and cancel any commission that we consider fraudulent, irregular or contrary to the spirit of the Program, for any reason and at our sole discretion. Our determination in these cases is final. We may also request additional information from you to verify the legitimacy of your referrals before approving payouts.
9. Changes to the Program and Termination
We may modify these Terms, the commission amount, the payout conditions or any other aspect of the Program at any time, and we may suspend or terminate the Program in whole or in part. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Approved commissions earned before a termination of the Program will be paid out in accordance with Section 6.
10. Relationship Between the Parties
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and Evergreen Projects S.L. You participate as an independent party and may not assume obligations on our behalf.
11. Data Protection
Personal data processed in connection with the Program (including the data necessary to manage payouts) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Evergreen Projects S.L. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and others by writing to contacto@evergreenprojects.net.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the Program shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
