Y esos cambios empiezan a producirse m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo que imaginas. <\/p>\n<h2>Lo que demuestra la investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Recientemente, los cient\u00edficos han vuelto a analizar doce estudios diferentes en los que se hizo un seguimiento de m\u00e1s de quinientas personas. Cuando a\u00f1ades fibra, esencialmente est\u00e1s alimentando plantas espec\u00edficas que quieres que crezcan. Esas plantas enra\u00edzan r\u00e1pidamente y empiezan a producir compuestos \u00fatiles que benefician a todo tu organismo.  <\/p>\n<p>Lo realmente emocionante es lo predecible que es. A pesar de que cada persona tiene unas bacterias intestinales iniciales diferentes, la adici\u00f3n de fibra foment\u00f3 sistem\u00e1ticamente el florecimiento de los mismos tipos de bacterias beneficiosas. <\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 significa esto para ti<\/h2>\n<p>No necesitas esperar meses para empezar a cambiar tu salud intestinal. Las investigaciones demuestran que tu microbioma intestinal responde en cuesti\u00f3n de semanas cuando aumentas tu ingesta de fibra. <\/p>\n<h3>Empieza por lo sencillo y construye<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Duplica las raciones de verdura en la comida y en la cena.<\/strong>  Si normalmente tomas una peque\u00f1a guarnici\u00f3n de verduras, convi\u00e9rtela en una taza entera. Este sencillo cambio aumenta dr\u00e1sticamente la fibra sin necesidad de hacer grandes cambios en las comidas. <\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00f1ade un peque\u00f1o pu\u00f1ado de jud\u00edas a tu rutina diaria.<\/strong>  Echa garbanzos en tu ensalada, a\u00f1ade alubias negras a tu plato de comida o mezcla lentejas en tu sopa. Las alubias aportan fibra y prote\u00ednas, y a tus bacterias intestinales les encantan. <\/p>\n<h3>Cualquier fibra ayuda<\/h3>\n<p>No te estreses por encontrar el tipo \u00abperfecto\u00bb de fibra. Los estudios utilizaron distintas fuentes, desde cereales integrales a verduras y legumbres. Todas funcionaron.
