Rellenos de hummus cremoso y una vibrante mezcla de verduras frescas, ofrecen una comida fresca y satisfactoria, ligera y sabrosa. <\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace que esta receta sea antiinflamatoria?<\/h2>\n<p>La berza es una fuente de antioxidantes y vitaminas, especialmente rica en vitamina K, C y calcio, que ayudan a combatir el estr\u00e9s oxidativo y la inflamaci\u00f3n del organismo.
